ABOUT THE JOB:

Architecture & Strategy

• Lead data architecture and technology strategy, integrating innovative data solutions.
• Establish standards for data storage, processing, and analytics, ensuring compliance with governance and security.
• Develop strategic plans to modernize data infrastructure and adopt cloud-native platforms.

Design & Governance:

• Design and manage comprehensive data architecture solutions.
• Oversee data-related projects, ensuring alignment with data strategy and compliance.
• Provide consulting and support to stakeholders and data teams.

ABOUT YOU:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in information technology or similar technical fields.
• From 6+ years of experience, with preferred experience in the insurance or financial services sector.
• Extensive experience in data architect or data modelling in financial services.
• Proficient in working with various Cloud platform, especially Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Proven track record in leading data transformation and cloud adoption.
• Strong communication skills to convey data strategy to executives and teams.
• Expertise in modern data infrastructure and governance tools.
• Experience with Master Data Management, Data Mesh, and Data Fabric.
• Understanding of insurance data models and governance best practices.
• Good command of English skills.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to negotiate, influence, and build relationships at all management levels.
• Independent problem-solving in a dynamic, multi-technology environment.
