Data & Analysis Executive

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support the Data & Analytics needs for the Southeast Asia (SEA) markets. This role will be instrumental in delivering actionable insights through regular reporting and performance tracking, enabling data-driven decision-making across market share, competitor intelligence, and content quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Intelligence & Reporting:

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports on market share and competitor performance across SEA markets.

• Analyze content quality metrics and provide insights to improve digital shelf performance.

• SEA Monthly Review Reporting:

• Develop and deliver monthly performance review decks and dashboards for SEA leadership.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and ensure accuracy and relevance of data.

• Daily Performance Tracking:

• Generate and distribute daily reports tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) by market.

• Monitor trends and anomalies, and escalate insights to relevant stakeholders.

• Data Management & Automation:

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across all reporting outputs.

• Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports and streamline data workflows.

• BS/BA graduation. 1-2 years experience in data & analysis. Open for fresh graduates if having relevant experiences during college / university time

• Good English communication

• Good MS Office and office management software
