-Carry out machine delivery, installation, set up, and commissioning at client factories in northern areas.
-Conduct regular maintenance, inspections, and preventative servicing for semiconductor exposure equipment.
-Perform rapid troubleshooting and emergency support on-site to minimize client operational downtime.-
-Provide technical guidance and training to client operators regarding machine operation and maintenance procedures.
-Keep updated with the latest technological developments and specialized product knowledge.
-Communicate effectively with clients and HQ technical teams to fulfill technical requirements.
-Build and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with clients to achieve high customer satisfaction.
-Assist in planning and executing field service operations ensuring high quality and deadlines.
-Collaborate closely with technical teams in Japan for specialized service support.
-Other related tasks.

【MUST】
-At least 2 years of practical experience as a service engineer or sales engineer in the mechanical, electronic, or electrical industry.
-English: Intermediate level
-Someone who can go for training in Japan

【Prefer】
-Experience in the semiconductor, FPD, or printed circuit board (PCB) industry
-Japanese or Korean speaker
