Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Da Nang. This is a full-time position working night shift hours to support our clients in the Texas time zone. • Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• IELTS 6.5+ certification or equivalent English proficiency.

• Demonstrated honesty and attention to detail.

• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Flexibility to work night shift hours (aligning with Texas time).

• Basic computer proficiency.
