Define and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy tailored for B2B/outsourcing clients.
Research and maintain an SEO-driven keyword list to guide content production for target markets.
Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with marketing funnels and sales goals.
Create and optimize BOFU content (landing pages, case studies, whitepapers, solution pages) to maximize conversion.
Drive thought leadership initiatives through blog posts, insights, podcasts, and industry research.
Collaborate with designers, developers, and video editors to produce engaging multimedia content.
Analyze performance metrics (organic traffic, bounce rate, lead conversion, engagement) to iterate and improve.
Run A/B tests to optimize page layouts, headlines, and CTAs.
Work closely with the Sales and Demand Gen teams to align content with lead nurturing and MQL generation.
Manage external collaborators: industry influencers, guest writers, and third-party media partners.
Repurpose and scale existing content across formats and channels (blog, LinkedIn, video, newsletter, etc.).
3 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or SEO.
Experience working in IT Outsourcing or B2B technology industries.
Strong grasp of SEO fundamentals, keyword strategy, and content performance tracking.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing BOFU content strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
IELTS 6.0+ or equivalent English proficiency.
Proficient in SEO/analytics tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, GA4, etc.).
Experience managing content across blogs, landing pages, social media, video, and more.
