Commercial Support Executive

Job Summary:

As a Commercial Support Executive at Air Global Vietnam, you will play a vital role in supporting the commercial team by handling pricing, preparing quotations, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This hybrid role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering excellent service in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pricing & Quotation Management

- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for air/ocean/road freight and logistics services.

- Coordinate with overseas agents, carriers, and internal teams to obtain cost details and ensure margin targets are met.

- Maintain pricing database and ensure timely updates on rates and tariffs.

• Customer Service & Client Support

- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, follow-ups, and service updates.

- Provide timely and professional responses to clients’ requests and concerns.

- Support clients with shipment tracking, documentation, and issue resolution.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

• Sales & Commercial Support

- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and customer profiles.

- Update CRM systems with client activity, leads, and quotation records.

- Support in post-sales activities including contract follow-up and service coordination.

- Analyze customer needs and propose suitable logistics solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.

• 3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or commercial support roles.

• Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese.

• Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.

• Fluent in Chinese / Mandarin: Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin), both spoken and written.

• Experience in pricing or quotation in freight forwarding/logistics.
