We are seeking a visionary and energetic Chief Sales and Marketing Officer (CSMO) to lead Fizens sales and marketing efforts. As CSMO, you will develop strategies to grow our user base (Fizen Super App end-users) and expand partnerships with businesses (Fizen Pay). You will shape Fizen into a cool, forward-thinking brand that stands for innovation, freedom, and a luxurious lifestyle, making it the top choice for crypto payments and financial inclusion. This role is key to driving revenue, building a passionate community of “Fizen Innovators,” and inspiring the next generation of finance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership:
- Create and execute sales strategies to onboard businesses to Fizen Pay, our zero-fee crypto payment gateway.
- Build strong relationships with key enterprise clients and partners globally to boost revenue.
- Work with the product team to ensure Fizen Pay meets market demands.
2. Marketing Strategy:
- Use storytelling to showcase Fizen as an innovator shaping the future of finance, appealing to a young, freedom-seeking audience.
- Leverage digital channels (Twitter/X, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) and offline events to grow brand awareness and user acquisition.
3. Brand Positioning:
- Shape Fizen’s image as a premium, futuristic brand that stands for innovation, independence, and financial empowerment.
- Represent at events, participate in interviews, AMAs, livestreams, podcasts to increase brand recognition.
4. Team Management:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and results.
- Recruit top talent to support Fizen’s ambitious growth plans.
5. Performance Tracking:
- Set clear sales and marketing goals (e.g., user growth, business partnerships) and track KPIs to measure success.
- Use data and market insights to adjust strategies and stay ahead of trends.
- Experience:
- 10+ years in sales and marketing leadership roles, ideally in fintech, crypto, or tech startups.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong brands.
- Experience with B2B sales (e.g., payment gateways) and B2C marketing (e.g., app user acquisition).
- Skills:
- Deep understanding of blockchain, crypto payments, and decentralized finance.
- Expertise in digital marketing: SEO, SEM, programmatic advertising, influencer marketing, social listening, and paid ads (Ads).
- Strong community-building skills to create and grow engaging user communities.
- Ability to use AI tools to enhance marketing strategies and generate fresh, innovative ideas.
- Strategic partnership development with both web3 (crypto/blockchain) and web2 (traditional tech) partners.
- Cultural sensitivity to understand and adapt to user behaviors and preferences across different countries, especially Southeast Asia.
- Talented content creator with a knack for storytelling, branding, and PR to craft compelling narratives.
- Crisis management skills to handle sensitive situations and protect Fizen’s reputation.
- Proficient in data analysis, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
