FAMILY MEDICAL PRACTICE IS HIRING

  • Position: Client Liaison Executive
  • Full-time position, 48 hours per week, with 2 months probation
  • Reports to: Front Desk Manager
  • Location: FMP District 2 Medical Center (24/7) - 95 Thao Dien Street, Ward An Khanh, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Job Summary
As a Client Liaison Executive with proficiency in English, you will play a dual role in ensuring seamless financial transactions and enhancing the patient experience. This position is responsible for managing payments, providing accurate billing information, and delivering exceptional customer service at Family Medical Practice.

Key Responsibilities
Cashier Duties:

  • Process a variety of payments (cash, credit/debit card, insurance claims, and other methods) with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Issue receipts, invoices, and maintain meticulous documentation for all financial transactions.
  • Balance the cash drawer and reconcile daily collections with system records.
  • Handle refunds, cancellations, and payment adjustments in strict accordance with clinic policies.
  • Ensure the secure handling of cash and confidential financial documents.
  • Patient & Customer Service:
  • Provide clear and comprehensive explanations of billing, insurance coverage, and clinic services.
  • Professionally address patient inquiries, concerns, or complaints, escalating issues to management as needed.
  • Maintain the highest level of patient confidentiality in compliance with clinic policies and data protection laws.
  • Proactively assist and collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and positive patient journey.

Patient & Customer Service:

  • Provide clear and comprehensive explanations of billing, insurance coverage, and clinic services.
  • Professionally address patient inquiries, concerns, or complaints, escalating issues to management as needed.
  • Maintain the highest level of patient confidentiality in compliance with clinic policies and data protection laws.
  • Proactively assist and collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and positive patient journey.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • A diploma or degree in business, healthcare, or a related field is a plus.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of proven experience in a cashier or front desk role, preferably within a healthcare environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Experience with medical billing systems and insurance processing is an advantage.
