Chuyên Viên Truyền Thông Nội Bộ

• Responsible for developing the company’s internal communication channels and organizing internal events.
• Create and produce visual content such as articles, posters, infographics, podcasts, etc., ensuring aesthetics and brand consistency.
• Develop and enhance content: contribute ideas, edit materials to promote corporate culture and strengthen employee engagement.
• Organize internal events: coordinate with departments to execute programs such as conferences, year-end parties, team-building activities, anniversaries, recognition ceremonies, etc.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Working hours: Monday to Saturday morning (half-day Saturday)

Location: Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years in a relevant position.
• Passionate about internal communications, content creation, and employee engagement initiatives.
• English proficiency: Minimum IELTS 6.0 or equivalent.
• Photography and design skills are an advantage.
