Mô tả công việc:

Collaborate with designers, clients, and cross-functional teams to understand product requirements, specifications, and design concepts.
Ensure patterns and garment constructions meet technical and aesthetic requirements
Source and select appropriate fabrics to match design specifications, ensuring both quality and cost-effectiveness.
Review and refine product samples to ensure they meet design specifications, quality standards, and sustainability goals.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure on-time sample development and delivery.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fabric trends, construction techniques, and market demands in the fast fashion industry.

Yêu cầu công việc:

1-2 years of experience in a similar role
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in product development for a wide range of fashion products (i.e. Knits, Woven, Denim, Activewear, etc.) is a strong plus.
Comfortable sourcing materials locally and in small quantities.
Strong knowledge of fabric and trim properties, manufacturing processes, and quality control standards.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of sustainable and ethical fashion practices is a plus.
Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms.
