• Manage end-to-end recruitment process across departments: Sales, Accountant, Operator,..
• Develop job descriptions, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews.
• Build strong pipelines of qualified candidates via job boards, social media, referral channels.
• Maintain excellent relations with local job posting networks, agencies, universities, and HR communities.
• Assist with onboarding process and maintain HR records.
• Support HR operations including employee engagement, HR Policies in accordance with VN Law, and internal communication
• 1–2 years of HR or recruitment experience in fast-paced or startup environments.
• Familiarity with local job platforms and sourcing strategies.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Proactive and resourceful in handling hiring needs and working with various departments.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
• Basic salary (8-10 million) + bonus, lunch allowance, phone.
• Social insurance according to regulations and bonus (KPI + year-end) according to the results of each project.
