• Build, develop and maintain good customer relationship.
• Manage relationships to Cosmo’s and customers' mutual advantage
• Manage first line response on inquiries from customers
• Manage receivables. Monitor actively credit performance and take corrective action within the business guidelines to meet agreed terms.
• Prepare reports on all visits to customers detailing selling efforts, customer relationships, competitive activity and strategies, customer service issues, etc.
• Achieve or exceed the territory sales plan according to Business Strategy

Know-how/skills:

- Ability to manipulate and manage marketing information

- Good understanding of market and customer needs.

- Level of knowledge relating to more than one product line.

- Good communication skills are required.

- Ability to manage key account is an asset.

- Flexibility in working time/ days for customer events/entertainment.
