Job Summary
In this role, you'll lead regional business development and oversee operational execution across multiple service sites. This role combines strategic sales leadership with hands-on operational management to drive growth, ensure service quality, and maintain client satisfaction.

The candidate will work at office in Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Ho Chi Minh
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within automotive and electronics sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and other key direct customers in Southern areas of Vietnam (including HCMC, Vung Tau, Binh Duong...)
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
Regional Operations
- Oversee daily operations across multiple service locations
- Ensure consistent delivery of inspection, containment, testing, and calibration services
- Implement and enforce quality standards and compliance protocols
- Manage regional budgets, resource allocation, and performance metrics
- Lead and mentor site managers and operational teams
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Quality, Finance) to support regional needs
- Serve as the liaison between corporate leadership and onsite operations
- Provide regular reports on regional performance, challenges, and opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales and operations management, preferably in quality services or manufacturing
- Strong understanding of automotive/electronics supply chains and quality standards
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities
- Willingness to travel regionally as needed
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with ISO standards, IATF 16949, and Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems
- Fluency in English (Chinese or Korean language is a plus)
Income: Base Salary 16 - 22 Million VND + Commission
