About This Role
As Chief Business Development, you will spearhead global market expansion, drive strategic deal-making, and lead a high-performing sales team. This role demands international vision, deal-closing expertise, and deep knowledge of outsourcing trends.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Business Development
• Analyze international markets and identify outsourcing demands.
• Develop both long-term and short-term BD strategies with defined customer segments.
• Propose pricing strategies and contract structures.
2. Global Client Acquisition
• Proactively search for clients globally via LinkedIn, industry events, and business communities.
• Set appointments and engage prospects through professional channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners.
3. Market Demand Analysis & Consultation
• Study client needs in terms of outsourcing scope, team size, and budget.
• Present tailored solutions with clear process and implementation timelines.
• Extract market insights to guide service development.
4. Appointment Setting & Deal Closure
• Prepare proposals and contracts (pricing, terms, SLAs).
• Negotiate effectively to ensure company’s
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Foreign Languages, or IT.
• Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in B2B Sales/BD, with 3–5 years in outsourcing/global markets.
• Technical Skills:
• Deep understanding of outsourcing models (IT, dev teams, staff augmentation).
• Skilled in appointment setting, pitching, international deal negotiation.
• Familiarity with cultural and business norms of target markets.
• Soft Skills:
• Fluent in English communication.
• Strategic thinker with strong networking capability.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Tools: CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), Excel, Zoom/Teams, PowerPoint.

• Evaluate performance and provide regular feedback.
