Mô tả công việc:
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and financial reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) to support performance tracking, forecasting & budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Partner with the finance, sales, and operations teams to provide data-driven insights that improve profitability, pricing strategies, and cost efficiency.
- Track and analyze e-commerce platform performance, GMV, margins, SKU profitability, and sales trends across different channels (own site, marketplaces, B2B platforms).
- Monitor key financial KPIs such as GMV, AOV, LTV, contribution margin, COGS, and platform commissions.
- Analyze promotional spend, discounts, and trade marketing investments to evaluate ROI and impact on P&L.
- Assist in automation of recurring financial and operational reports.
- Work closely with Data Engineering/IT to ensure data integrity and efficient data pipelines.
- Conduct A/B testing, cohort analysis, customer segmentation, and campaign performance measurement.
- Support ad-hoc data analysis requests from Finance Leadership.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Bachelor's degree in Economic Mathematics, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a BI Analyst or Data Analyst, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Proficient in advanced SQL, including writing stored procedures and query optimization.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker; familiarity with DAX or LookML is a plus.
- Knowledge of Python or R for advanced data processing.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and present findings clearly and visually.
