Purpose

To identify and pursue growth opportunities for GaneshAID by enhancing existing business relationships, acquiring new clients, and expanding the company's market share in line with the organization’s goals.

Responsibilities

• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze competitors and trends, and identify growth opportunities to inform business strategies.
• Lead Generation and Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and convert potential clients or partners into long-term relationships through networking and strategic outreach.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage client and partner relationships, addressing queries, negotiating terms, and identifying new opportunities with existing clients.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate on strategic plans, contribute to product/service development, and define KPIs for business development activities.
• Proposal & Contact Development: Prepare proposals, budgets, and contracts; collaborate with teams to ensure compliance and finalize agreements.
• Networking & Partnerships: Prepare proposals, budgets, and contracts; collaborate with teams to ensure compliance and finalize agreements.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain records, monitor industry trends, and provide performance updates to management.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven 3-5 years or more in business development, sales, or client management.Strong understanding of market research and analysis techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
• Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and related tools.
• Fluency in English or French.
