Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.

- Lead, manage, and develop the sales team: supervision, and performance evaluation.

- Identify new business opportunities, approach potential clients, and expand the customer base.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.

- Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Accounting, Purchasing, etc.) to ensure smooth operation and service delivery.

- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer needs to propose improvement plans.

- Report directly to the Board of Directors on sales results and business strategies.

- Support source suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and pricing agreements for company products and services.

Yêu cầu công việc:

- Graduated the university and at least 3 years of working experience

- Proficiency in MS Office

- Fluent in English (if you are not fluent, you can communicate)

- Can-do attitude, creative, proactive, able to work independently and in a team

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

- Having good communication and problem-solving skills.

- Positive personality that is calm and considerate of others
