Sales Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth. This includes identifying new market opportunities and expanding business with current customers.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationship with existing and potential customer.
Market Research & Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive products to provide insights into product development and pricing strategies.
Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Home Care Industry, ensuring the ability to provide customers with technical advice and solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment in product offerings and to address customer needs efficiently.
Customer Presentation & Negotiation: Lead customer presentations, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations.
Support Team on technical issue & design predicted formulation to meet customer’s specifications
Reporting: monthly sales reports, including market intelligence, and insights into sales pipeline activity.
Other task assigned by Management

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Institutional & Industrial Cleaning or related field.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to negotiate and influence at all levels.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies.
- Proficient in problem solving
- Effective working in both independent and team work
- Strong oral, written and presentation in both Vietnamese and English
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Salary: Negotiable during the interview process.
