Job Des/final edits, offer optimization suggestions, and maximize reach/conversion.

5. Performance Tracking & Data Analysis

Monitor post-campaign metrics (traffic, engagement, sales) and generate performance reports.

Refine influencer strategies, product promotions, and content based on data insights.

6. Commission Settlement & KPI Accounting

Collaborate with finance to verify order data, process payouts, and address influencer inquiries.

Analyze personal KPIs, identify improvement areas, and implement action plans.

7. Market Insights & Strategy Optimization

Stay updated on TikTok policies, industry trends, and competitor campaigns; deliver market analysis reports.

Propose innovative initiatives (e.g., influencer matrix, campaigns) to standardize workflows and boost efficiency.

8.Complete the assistant tasks assigned by the leader.

Qualifications

Chinese proficiency for workplace communication；Bachelor’s degree required .

Hands-on experience with TikTok/social media platforms; agility in adapting to digital marketing trends.

Strong content judgment, planning skills, and user analytics to pinpoint audience preferences.
