Mô tả công việc:

- We are seeking for the Business Consultant professional who demonstrates:

+ Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts to perform Allegro & OPUS D&D tasks related.

+ Ability to complete work independently while receiving general guidance on new projects.


JOB DESCRIPTION

+ Receive the clients’ requirements to research and analyze all Carriers’ tariffs as requested

+ Verify and ensure the accuracy of D&D tariffs provided to clients.

+ Conduct meetings with clients to catch the requirement for clarifications, verification, work deadlines, and related reports

+ Provide customer service support to the entire clients when using OPUS D&D

+ Coordinate with developers to check and resolve the system problems

+ Complete other analysis, reporting, training, projects, and duties as assigned

+ Other projects and tasks as defined

Yêu cầu công việc:

+ Bachelor’s in business, Logistics, Shipping, or related field preferred

+ At least 2 years of working experience in the marine shipping/logistics industry, preferably at shipping lines, freight forwarders, or logistics companies in roles such as CS, Import/Export, Documentation, Consultant...

+ Must have familiarity with global transportation processes

+ Strong working knowledge of shipping knowledge practices and concepts

+ Excellent attention to detail, ingenuity, and ability to handle multiple tasks

+ Skilled in analysis, logical reasoning, problem-solving, and diligent follow-up

+ Excellent communication in English is a must (both verbal and written), as the role requires working with global clients and internal international teams.

+ Proven ability to work directly with clients, handle inquiries, clarify requirements, and provide customer support effectively.
