Data Collection & Analysis
- Gather, clean, and prepare data from diverse sources to ensure accuracy and usability for analysis within the E-Commerce sector (covering both B2C and C2C models).
- Conduct statistical analyses to identify patterns, trends, and valuable business insights.
- Contribute to A/B testing, monitor marketing campaigns, and assess performance across various e-commerce operations.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and help establish new metrics in response to shifting business demands. Reporting & Dashboard Development
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Looker.
- Tailor reports to meet the specific needs of different departments (e.g., Category Management, Local/Regional E-Commerce, Sales Planning).
- Simplify complex datasets into clear visuals and actionable insights.
- Support automation of routine reporting processes to boost productivity and minimize manual tasks. Collaboration & Business Support
- Partner with internal teams to understand strategic goals and convert them into analytical deliverables.
- Enable data-informed decision-making by delivering relevant, precise, and timely insights.
- Maintain data integrity by ensuring validation and consistency across systems and reports.
- Document analysis workflows and findings for future reference and team knowledge sharing.
- Monitor competitor activities, evaluate their influence on the business, and recommend strategic responses within budget constraints.
- Suggest e-commerce growth strategies by analyzing product categories and sales channels of both the company and competitors. Also, oversee compliance with regulations tied to pricing, consumer promotions, livestreaming, affiliate marketing, and other digital marketing efforts. Compliance & Process Enhancement
- Ensure data used in analytics and reporting aligns with corporate governance and quality standards.
- Identify and implement improvements in data management processes and contribute to the evolution of BI tools and best practices.
- Foster data literacy by guiding users in using self-service BI platforms and interpreting reports effectively.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, data analytics, sales planning, or related fields (preferably within the e-commerce industry).
- Skilled in SQL and proficient with spreadsheet applications like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
- Solid grasp of FMCG sales channels (both online and offline), with the ability to work across teams, manage planning efforts, and support execution.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Capable of presenting data insights in a clear, easy-to-understand manner for non-technical stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and a strong focus on maintaining data accuracy.
- Foundational knowledge of e-commerce processes, marketing strategies, and sales performance indicators.
- Competent in English communication, both written and spoken.
