Business Analyst

• Receive requests, survey, clarify and finalize scope of work with stakeholders.
• Plan, organize meetings to finalize requirements and document requirements.
• Be a key person among development team, product team, tester team and UI/UX team.
• Propose and report directly to direct management.
• Draw wireframe and workflow, write product specs and keep track the product roadmap.
• Gathering data and information to understand user and business needs, and make recommendations on opportunities and decisions.
• Define product requirements: based on customer needs and technical feedback.
• Prioritize features: prioritizing features based on customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints. Communicate well with other teams to achieve product goals.
• Review the documentation and the management of general tasks.
• Work with the development team: You'll need to work closely with the development team to ensure that they have a clear understanding of the product requirements, and to answer any questions that arise during development.

Must have:

• 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Understanding API, SQL.
• Proficient in office computing (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• In-depth understanding of the software production process, the requirements process, and the analysis, design, and implementation process.
• Have experience in writing instructions to use, operating flow/procedures of the system and users.

Nice to have:

• Having the ability to create wireframes and possessing UI skills.
• Having experience in participating in Agile/Scrum projects.
• Able to criticize.
• Understand Technically in the project.
• Interested in Product work, product PO orientation.
