Mô tả công việc

Work directly with manager/clients to understand the manager/client’s need and requirements, analyse then provide effective solution to manager/clients.
Create and maintain feature analysis/specification documents then transfer them to the development team.
Act as the main point of contact between the manager/ clients and the devlopment team, ensuring clear communication of requirements.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure the solution meets the manager/client’s requirements.
Involve in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure that final products align with manger/client’s goal.
Monitor the success of implemented solutions and suggest ongoing improvements
Assist in training end-users and creating user manuals if required.
Other tasks asissigned by BOD

Have 2+ years of experiences in the same role for services businesses preferably finance, e-commerce and online businesses
English communication skills (both verbal & written) and strong presentation capabilities
Having experience in Web and Mobile Application Project
Understand of Web development
Experience on relational database concepts and SQL queries
Understanding of software development processes
Good problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
