Mô tả công việc:

  • Trade Marketing & Business Execution
  • Develop, own, and execute the annual business plan for Cimory Vietnam in alignment with agreed targets and strategies.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor trade marketing programs including promotions, visibility, and in-store execution.
  • Manage the approved trade A& budget, including planning, tracking, effectiveness evaluation, and claims validation.
  • Ensure execution quality and continuous improvement in effectiveness and return on investment of trade activities.
  • Sales Performance Coordination
  • Monitor sales performance by channel, account, product, and region.
  • Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities and define corrective actions in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Coordinate closely with Annam’s sales organization to support listings, distribution expansion, and sell-out initiatives.
  • Act as the primary coordination point between Cimory and Annam on all commercial and operational topics.
  • Brand, Channel & NPD Support
  • Execute brand marketing activities in line with Cimory’s brand guidelines and business strategy.
  • Coordinate external agencies and partners including social media, KOLs, offline activations, and research agencies.
  • Support evaluation and rollout of new channels and new categories.
  • Coordinate NPD discussions, launch preparation, and regulatory documentation with Cimory International, Innovation, Factory, and Regulatory teams.
  • General Responsibilities
  • Ensure alignment and effective cooperation with cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Management.
  • Monitor and report relevant market information, including competitive activities, channel dynamics, and consumer trends.
  • Undertake other tasks as requested by Line Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales Coordination, or Commercial roles within FMCG or food categories.
  • Strong understanding of modern trade, general trade, and route-to-market execution.
  • Experience in project management, planning, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver against timelines.
  • High level of accountability, attention to detail, and execution discipline.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset.
