We are looking for a Brand & Marketing Lead to drive and elevate our brand performance in Vietnam - a high-volume, high-visibility market where flagship Vet products are among the top-selling SKUs.
This role is designed for a senior brand professional who already has experience leading a small team and is ready to take end-to-end ownership of brand execution, creative direction, and brand risk awareness.
The Brand Lead will lead by expertise, guide a small local team, and work closely with regional and global stakeholders to ensure strong brand consistency, relevance, and resilience in a fast-moving FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and refine brand guidelines to align with company values, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Shape brand positioning based on market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape.
- Oversee brand messaging to ensure it resonates with target audiences, fostering brand loyalty.
- Manage and execute brand strategy across multiple channels, including digital, retail, social media, and offline activations.
- Drive initiatives to increase brand awareness and preference, ensuring brand consistency across different platforms.
- Track and optimize brand health metrics (brand awareness, perception, engagement).
- Work closely with commercial teams to integrate branding efforts into sales-driven campaigns and activations.
- Support new product launches with compelling brand stories and campaign strategies.
- Balance commercial objectives with long-term brand positioning to sustain brand equity.
- Lead and manage functional teams, including content, media, and creative teams, to achieve branding objectives.
- Foster a productive and creative work environment, ensuring alignment between teams for maximum efficiency.
- Oversee external agencies and vendors to maintain high-quality brand communications.
