Mô tả công việc:

  • Digital Support (Content)
  • Assist in creating and adapting content for digital channels (social, website, CRM).
  • Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to support content production.
  • Help manage posting schedules and ensure brand consistency across platforms.
  • ABM Support
  • Support the Assistant Brand Manager in daily tasks, including campaign coordination, product launch preparation, and asset management.
  • Assist in tracking campaign performance and gathering internal feedback.
  • Help with administrative and operational tasks related to brand and marketing activities.
  • Competitor Research & Reporting
  • Conduct regular competitor monitoring across digital, retail, and media channels.
  • Compile weekly/monthly reports with key findings and actionable insights.
  • Support the team with market trend updates and benchmarking.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Has a good eye for details and customer behaviors.
  • Be insightful in reports.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive spirit & well-manner at work.
  • Multitasking & Result oriented.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Docs and Sheets preferable.
  • Willing to handle administrative matters.
