Chi Tiết Công Việc
Mô tả công việc:
• Lead overall branch operations, driving business growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Develop and execute sales strategies while overseeing sales activities, installation projects, and maintenance services.
• Lead, mentor, and manage branch teams across sales, engineering, and administration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, business partners, and government authorities.
• Report branch performance, KPIs, financial results, and market insights to top management.
* Working Hours: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
Yêu cầu công việc:
• Female, 40 - 55 years old.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
• At least 3 years of management experience at an FDI elevator manufacturer, including Japanese companies.
• Strong leadership, business development, and team management skills.
