BM Assistant Manager (Real Estate / Hanoi) (25762) _Cầu Giấy, Hà Nội

One of our clients, which is a very famous Japanese company, is now looking for a "Building Management Assistant Manager".

- Building management: Work with Building Management team and support in preparing any necessary documents to ensure the smooth operation of the Building;
- Operation management: Coordination with operation team (Engineering, Security, Cleaning, Quality control), contractors, and other interior construction supervision;
- Engineering management: Coordination with subcontractors for maintenance/inspection/renovation/repairing of electrical, mechanical, fire fighting, Plumpling, and other system;
- Attend all building operation-related meetings (Engineering, Security, Cleaning & others if required)
- Follow up on tenants' fit-out works with Construction Management team;
- Support Accounting team in collecting rental, service charge, and other necessary payments (if necessary);
- Other tasks as required by Manager of Building Management from time to time.

- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of Building Management experience (Office buildings, Commercial facilities, Condominiums, etc.)
- English: Upper-Intermediate Level
- Computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
