B2C Sales Executive (Contractor 6 Months) - Ha Noi City

*Key Activities:

- Be responsible to TEMV for the selection, proposal and sign off with the CTO and then be responsible for the performance and efficiency of those outlets.

- Ensure TE brand image, POSMs, brand signages/ lightboxes indoor and outdoor of the stores, are always in good condition with most update campaign from TEMV.

- Ensure products available including inventory and facing of display/ merchandising especial premium products (semi synthetic and fully synthetic.

- To meet or exceed sales volume targets of CTOs

- Understand well market information including products, POSM, sales activities of competitors.

- Fulfill other tasks and/or assignments requested by the line managers whom the employee directly/indirectly reports to, and/or tasks requested by the board of management.

- Bachelor’s degree from relevant majors in Economic, Business Administration, Commercial or equivalent.

- At least 3-years in experience with filed Sales Operation and Management.

- Strong in sales-marketing, negotiating, reporting skills.

- Proven ability to manage a geographically diverse customer portfolio.

- Good Interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal English Vietnamese)

- 1-3 years of experience the oil industry is preferred.

- Presentable with good Communication skills (Speaking/Writing).

- Good at Computer Skills — Word/Excel/Power point.

- Ability to speak both Vietnamese and English.
