- Finding potential customers, develop new business.
- Discussing for the contract term/price, closely follow up the delivery, payment and related shipping documents after sales.
- Getting orders from clients and following orders.
- Follow up and keep good relationship with existing clients.
- Controlling the debt and credit line with existing customers.
- Coordinate well with other Departments of company.
- Handling claims from clients.
- Other tasks will required by manager.
* Working time: 8 am - 5 pm Mon - Fri
1. Education level: Bachelor
2. Experience: Having at least 2-3 years sales B2B experience for construction field, especially Construction materials
3. Language skills:
- English: At least Strong Intermediate level
4. Good at Microsoft office.
5. Willing to go business trip
6. Experience in working with Contractors of construction, Civil, EPC or PEB.
7. Good ability to work independently and in a team.
8. Good communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
9. Age : 24-28
+ Prefer: Having sales experience in construction steel products.
+ Prefer: Having background in Civil engineer major or related majors will be priority.
- Social insurance
- Review salary: 1 time/ year
- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus: paid every May ( 3-4 gross salary)
- 18 days annual leave per year.
- Overtime pays, internal-external training course if any
- Joining company activities ( CSR, trip, YEP party in HCM..)
- In addition to the compulsory social insurance, the company also buys Bao Minh insurance
