Mô tả công việc:

Goodland BPO is looking for Accountants with experience in Australian tax & accounting to join our Finance & Accounting BPO team.
In this role, you will work directly with Australian Accounting Firms / Tax Agents and be responsible for preparing financial reporting and tax returns for different entity structures accurately and timely.
You will report to the Manager – Finance & Accounting BPO and collaborate closely with clients team and internal team members.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure all accounting and tax work is delivered accurately and on time.
Prepare financial statements and income tax returns for: Individuals, Trusts, Partnerships, Companies, SMSF.
Prepare and lodge BAS / IAS, and assist with matters related to FBT, CGT, GST, Div7A, PSI.
Prepare and deliver annual workers’ compensation and payroll tax reconciliations.
Perform Virtual CFO services including: Payroll processing, Accounts payable & receivable, Bookkeeping, Bank reconciliations and coding, Management reporting.
Develop and maintain workflows, workpapers, templates, and procedures to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Conduct virtual meetings with clients.
Promote and demonstrate the Goodland values and collaborative culture within the Finance & Accounting BPO team.
Assist in developing best practice policies, procedures, and workflow management systems.
Participate in special projects as assigned.
Perform ad-hoc tasks required by the client or reporting manager to meet project deliverables.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Proficient in English communication.
Ability to work and communicate with international professional clients.
Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.
Experience with accounting software such as: Xero, MYOB AE, Handisoft, QuickBooks, BGL / Class, or similar systems.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong accountability for assigned tasks until completion.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).
CA / CPA qualified or currently studying is preferred.
Experience working as a Tax Accountant in an Australian Accounting Firm or Outsource Companies is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of Australian accounting and taxation regulations.
