[Assistant PM works in post-sales activities]
• Day-to-day assistance of assigned projects i.e. Chair project meetings, taking minutes, liaison among project stakeholders
• Producing/updating project plans including project management documents i.e. WBS, Task (To Do List), drawing or diagram of basic or high-level system design, project formation etc.
• Assisting in managing system documents i.e. network diagram, rack layouts, configuration sheets, test scenario etc., those that usually being created by engineers.
• Multilingual communication support and assistance for clients under SE support contract.
[Pre-sales activities]
• Assisting sales executive staff members to produce proposal documents.
• Assisting preparation of responses to Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP).
• Working with Sales personnel (in Vietnam as well as other members of our Group) and partner companies as in Vietnam.
[Internal/external security & system auditing works]
• Managing information security improvement activities of our Vietnam office as well as other our overseas offices based on the pre-defined framework.
• Assisting system and security audit as well as site survey work together with engineering staff members for clients according to their requirements.
* Working time: 9:00 - 17:00 Mon - Fri

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Minimum 2+ years working experience in system integration and/or telecom industry.
• Good understanding and have knowledge of Office IT Infrastructure.
• Japanese Level: Upper-intermediate (equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher). Must be capable of leading business communication with Japanese stakeholders.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• English communication skill
• Good understanding and have knowledge of Cloud technologies i.e. IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, BaaS etc. (Prefer not must)
