Architect

Team and Role

Join our Design Team as an Architect to oversee and develop comprehensive design solutions that ensure project quality, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance. You will manage design packages for Design & Build projects, conduct feasibility studies, and present design proposals for new developments across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and technical documentation using Revit and AutoCAD

• Identify and coordinate resolution of design conflicts across all disciplines

• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams including structural engineers, MEP consultants, sub-contractors, and external consultants

• Review subcontractor and shop drawings for compliance with project specifications and standards

• Conduct site analysis, zoning research, and feasibility studies for new projects

• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, fire safety regulations, and authority requirements

• Support project teams during construction phases with technical clarifications and design modifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited university.

• 4–7 years of professional architectural experience, preferably in commercial or mixed-use projects.

Technical Skills

• Strong technical knowledge with proven experience in design development and detailed design phases.

• Comprehensive understanding of construction materials, methods, and building systems.

• Basic knowledge of structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (essential).

• Understanding of local building codes and fire safety regulations, or ability to quickly learn regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience coordinating with construction sites and field teams.

• Experience working on international or large-scale commercial projects.

• Familiarity with Vietnamese building codes and approval processes.
