Application Engineer I Semiconductor

• Provide technical support for semiconductor applications to clients.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement solutions tailored to customer needs.

• Conduct software and hardware testing to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

• Assist in developing application documentation and user manuals.

• Engage with clients to gather feedback and improve processes.

• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in semiconductor technology.

• Provide training and support to clients on new features and products.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or application engineering role.

• Strong knowledge of semiconductor technology and applications.

• Proficient in software debugging and troubleshooting techniques.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Prior experience with customer-facing roles is a plus.
