AI Engineer (28390)

- Analyze existing back-office operations to design and execute business automation workflows.
- Integrate and manage various AI services and tools currently used independently by different departments.
- Design and build an internal AI-driven chat system (RAG) by connecting company database through APIs.
- Develop automated systems for manufacturing cost calculations to streamline product pricing workflows.
- Formulate strategic plans for business process optimization and organizational downsizing.
- Lead difficult organizational restructurings and manage personnel adjustments resulting from automation.
- Collaborate closely with the Japanese General Director to align tech implementations with corporate goals.
- Manage and communicate firmly with local administrative staff regarding new systems and operational changes.
- Evaluate external AI tools, API services, and technology vendors to ensure optimal system implementation.
- Other related tasks.

-Vocational degree related to AI or IT, or Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering, such as electrical, chemical, or mechanical engineering.
-At least 3 years of work exprience as an AI engineer.
-Strong knowledge of existing AI services and system architecture design for business automation, especially back-office tasks.
