Working time: Monday from satutorday; 8:00am - 5:00pm1. Production Team Support - Maintain and update production records (field logs, input usage, harvest data, ETC.). - Prepare, distribute, and archive farm operation checklists and forms. - Coordinate logistics for inputs (fertilizers, chemicals, tools) – purchase requests, delivery tracking, stock updates. - Assist with scheduling team activities (field tasks, training, audits, farm visits). - Support compliance documentation (GLOBALG.A.P., LEAF, MRL records). 2. Data & Documentation - Collect and consolidate daily/weekly reports from field supervisors. - Enter and verify data into farm management systems or Excel trackers. - Maintain up-to-date records of pesticide usage, fertilizer programs, and irrigation schedules. - File and manage all production-related documents for easy retrieval. 3. Communication & Coordination - Act as the first point of contact for the production team on administrative issues. - Draft internal notices and task reminders for the team. - Assist in coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items. - Support translation of key documents or messages if required. 4. Other - Assist with preparation of training materials for field staff. - Provide general office and administrative support to the production team.- Perform other duties related to production administration as assigned by the Production Manager
Qualifications - Diploma or degree in agriculture, business administration, or related field (preferred). - Minimum 1 years’ experience in an administrative role (agriculture sector experience an advantage). - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). - Good communication and organizational skills. - Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks. - English and Vietnamese proficiency preferred.
