1. Accounting & Finance Management
- Oversee all accounting activities: financial reports, taxation, audits
- Ensure compliance with Vietnamese accounting standards and parent company requirements
- Control budget, costs, and cash flow
- Review periodic financial reports for the Board of Directors (Vietnamese & Japanese)
- Identify risks and propose appropriate improvement solutions
- Act as the main contact with:
+ Tax authorities
+ Independent auditors
+ Banks
2. HR & Administration (HRGA) Management
- Develop and implement:
+ Organizational structure
+ HR policies, compensation & benefits, performance evaluation
- Manage:
+ Recruitment, training, and employee development
+ Labor relations, internal rules, discipline
- Supervise administrative functions:
+ Office, assets, service contracts
+ Occupational safety, fire prevention, environment
- Work with authorities:
+ Social Insurance, Department of Labor, Industrial Zones, HEPZA, Fire Department, etc.
- Ensure internal control and compliance with company regulations
3. Liaison Role with Japanese Headquarters
- Interpret and accurately convey instructions from Japanese management
- Report and explain data and business operations in Japanese
Support Japanese management in:
+ Process and policy improvement
+ Internal control
- Coordinating projects and audits from headquarters
4. Governance & Internal Control
- Develop internal policies and procedures (finance, HR, approvals, etc.)
- Control operational and legal risks
- Participate in company strategic planning
- Improve processes and enhance operational efficiency
* Working time: 7:30 - 16:30 Mon - Fri and alternative Sat
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, HR, etc.)
- At least 8–10 years of experience, including 3–5 years in senior management in manufacturing (garment/textile)
- Experience in Japanese / FDI companies
- Good in English and Japanese ( From N2 Advance Level)
- Multi-department management (Accounting + HRGA)
- Leadership and decision-making skills
- Strong knowledge of:
+ Tax and accounting
+ Labor law and social insurance
- Other skills:
+ Financial analysis
+ Cross-cultural communication (Vietnam – Japan)
+ Problem-solving and risk management
