1. Accounting duties (80%)
Finance and Accounting on projects.
Carry out the procedures for money transfer at the bank as required.
Perform reconciliation, payment, and collection of accounting documents in the project.
Support in the consolidation, preparation, and timely submission of financial reports.
Ensure maintenance of proper books of accounts, record transactions, and collect documents.
Ensure efficient payments and disbursements according to approved policy: control of the reception of invoices, verification of compliance.
Prepare tax reports, monthly/quarterly expenditure reports, annual financial statements, and other reports as required.
Administer local various tax-related requirements as necessary.
Facilitate and control the quality and timeline of the annual audit with assigned vendors.
2. Admin duties (20%)
Be in charge of HR procedures, such as working contracts and payroll.
Act as key person to liaise with Insurance organizations, Tax Department, prepare paperwork and complete necessary procedures of registration/notification for new and departure staff, claim for staff benefit from insurance organizations, prepare for year-end liquidation/reconciliation of insurances and taxes.
Prepare payments for salary, taxes, and insurances for staff and consultants.
Provide orientation to staff on insurances, taxes and finance related issues.
Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
University graduate with Finance/Accounting background preferred.
Solid knowledge of Government Social Insurance and Tax laws.
Experience in all aspects of accounting including account payables, account receivables, financial reporting, bank reconciliation, payroll administration, and tax accounting.
Minimum of 3-5 years relevant work experience.
Good English skills (verbal and written)
Good computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
