Monitor and evaluate the quality of classroom instruction and student outcomes.
Directly oversee the quality of the program implementation by instructors, ensuring it is done correctly. Establishing an evaluation process involving both instructors and students.
Educational Research:
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and pedagogical research in Finance / Coding education.
Incorporate innovative teaching methodologies into the curriculum.
Research and propose teaching models that align with the company's development direction.
Teacher Training:
Develop and deliver training programs for teachers to ensure they are well-equipped to teach our Finance / Coding courses effectively.
Provide ongoing support, feedback, and professional development opportunities for teaching staff.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the management team to ensure the academic program aligns with the center's overall mission and goals.
Collaborate with other departments to organize events, competitions, and workshops
