Join Our Growing Back-Office Team in Ho Chi Minh City


Location: Ho Chi Minh City (Hybrid)

Job Type: Full-time (Remote & On-Site)

Industry: Food Service & Packaging Supplies

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Australian Eastern Standard Time

(Vietnam time: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM April–Oct
4:00 AM – 2:00 PM Oct–April) (2 hour lunch break)

Language Requirement: Roles available for Vietnamese with English and Chinese speaking (Mandarin/Cantonese)

Yêu cầu công việc:

1. Personal Assistant to COO – HR & Operations Support

Salary: 12M VND/month + 0.125% of company monthly sales over AUD 100K (Estimated 16M+)

Key Responsibilities:

● Attend and document all meetings with the Director

● Follow up on all delegated tasks

● Draft and maintain SOPs and internal policies

● Coordinate onboarding and training records

● Support internal team communication and accountability

● Suggest and implement workflow improvements

Ideal Candidate:

● Excellent note-taking and coordination skills

● Confident in drafting procedures

● Organised and highly detail-focused

● Strong reading ability in English and Chinese (Mandarin)

● Team-oriented, loyal, and growth-focused


2. Purchasing & Supplier Coordinator (Procurement & Logistics)

Salary: 8M VND/month + 0.125% of monthly sales over AUD 100K (Estimated 12M+)

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload delivery and receiving photos

• Track and update all purchase and sales orders

• Follow up on shortages or missing items

• Maintain supplier contact and price records

• Source new products and evaluate vendors

• Update daily delivery routes and team schedules

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in procurement/logistics

• Able to read English and Chinese (Mandarin)

• Familiar with spreadsheets and tracking systems

• Strong communication and follow-up skills

• Proactive and solution-oriented


3. Bookkeeper

Salary: 8M VND/month + 0.125% of monthly sales over AUD 100K (Estimated 12M+)

Key Responsibilities:

• Record financial transactions and reconcile bank accounts

• Use accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, or MYOB

• Generate simple financial reports

• Support Australian team with invoice checks and data entry

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous bookkeeping experience

• Can read English and Chinese (beginner- use AI translation accepted)

• Reliable, detail-focused, and well-organised

• Able to follow structured procedures


4. Customer Service & Operations Executive x 2 positions

Salary: 8M VND/month + 0.5% sales commission (based on individual portfolio)

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve B2B clients in food service and packaging

• Handle product inquiries, orders, and account updates

• Prepare quotes and communicate with suppliers

• Use Excel and CRM tools for client service and reporting

• Travel to Australia if required

• Assist with online product sourcing

• Create and schedule content for Facebook and Instagram

• Maintain product photo libraries and digital catalogues

• Support outreach efforts to acquire new customers

Ideal Candidate:

• Fluent in English x 1 person and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) x 1 person

• Customer-first mindset with strong communication

• Organised and good at multitasking

• Familiarity with sourcing, operations, or client service a plus
