• To co-ordinate the daily activities of incoming rental enquiries, including handling customer enquiries, quoting rental prices, attachments, transport movements, etc (ie internal Sales). • To ensure all such short term enquires are passed onto relevant salesman or actions as required from start to finish.

• Achieve budgeted unit order intake per month to ensure sales Targets are met. • Effectively manage a defined list of International and National accounts including identifying new sales opportunities. • Develop relationships at all levels of the account to ensure that Crowns market share is retained.

• Daily answering of customer calls, service calls and Technicians’ calls including enquiry and breakdown log-in calls and assigning jobs to technicians • Attendance tracking.
