Structis is the IT branch of Bouygues Construction, a global player in the building, civil works, energies and services sectors. Bouygues Construction operates at all points of the value chain of projects: finance, design, construction and facilities management (operation and maintenance). On every continent, our employees devise and develop solutions that help improve the environment and everybody's lives.

As part of Bouygues Construction, the mission of Structis is to provide the members of Bouygues Construction with IT services of high quality fitting with their businesses and to deploy solutions to improve communication and people collaboration through worldwide network. Structis has offices in France, Morocco and Vietnam.

Lịch sử thành lập

• 1989: Martin Bouygues is appointed Chairman and CEO of the Group.
• 1986: A Franco-British consortium is formed to design, build and operate a fixed link under the English Channel. Bouygues acquires the Screg group, France’s leading roadworks contractor, made up of Colas, Screg Routes and Sacer. Bouygues becomes the world’s leading construction firm.
  
  
• 1975: The Group expands outside of France with the creation of local subsidiaries overseas.
• 1974: Bouygues Offshore is set up. It specialises in oil and gas contracting (sold to Saipem in July 2002).
• 1972: The Bouygues logo is created by designer Alain Carré who takes his inspiration from the oval shape of Parc des Princes sports stadium, which is handed over in the same year.
• 1970: Flotation of Bouygues on the Paris stock exchange.
• 1965: The Group expands its civil engineering and public works activities and sets up regional B/CW subsidiaries, which gradually cover the whole of France.
• 1963: The Minorange Guild is founded in order to recognise achievements in the construction trades. Founded on the values of work and the transfer of know-how. In the same year, Le Minorange, the Group’s internal magazine, is launched
• 1952: In a France undergoing reconstruction, F. Bouygues, a young Ecole Centrale graduate, sets himself up in the building business by founding Entreprise Francis Bouygues, a company specialising in industrial works and construction in the Paris region.
