Chi Tiết Công Việc

Participate in planning and executing Turnaround (plant shutdown maintenance) activities in a petrochemical plant.
Supervise and support maintenance work across multiple disciplines, including Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation (E&I) systems.
Coordinate inspection, maintenance, and repair activities for equipment such as pumps, valves, compressors, electrical systems, control systems, and piping.
Monitor work progress to ensure all activities are completed on schedule and meet quality and safety standards.
Work closely with contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth Turnaround execution.
Identify equipment issues and propose effective solutions for repair or improvement.
Participate in testing, commissioning, and handover after maintenance completion.
Prepare technical reports and update maintenance records.
Ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations, plant procedures, and engineering standards

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Maintenance, Automation, or related fields).
Work Experience: At least 6 months of experience in equipment maintenance, preferably with Turnaround experience in industrial plants.
Basic understanding of multi-discipline maintenance (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation).
Knowledge: Knowledge of corporate procedures, safety, and environmental regulations.
Knowledge: Certified or qualified to work with electrical systems.
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Other Requirements: Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Other Requirements: Good command of English.

Basic salary gross + housing and transportation allowance (company shuttle bus provided from Phu My, Vung Tau, and Long Son within 25 km from the plant).
100% full salary during 2-month probation period.
Company canteen provided during working shifts.
13th-month salary (including the 2-month probation period and applicable if working more than 3 months at the Company).
Annual salary review in Q1 based on previous year KPI evaluation results.
Social insurance contribution based on 100% of basic salary.
Full statutory insurance: Social Insurance (SI), Health Insurance (HI), Unemployment Insurance (UI), plus personal Health Insurance coverage.
Pre-employment and annual health check-ups fully covered by the Company.
