Job Description for International Marketing Manager

The International Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote a company’s products or services in international markets. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with global objectives and market-specific needs. The manager will oversee market research, competitive analysis, branding, and advertising efforts to expand the company’s global footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement international marketing strategies to drive growth in key global markets.
  2. Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitive activities, and opportunities for expansion.
  3. Manage and optimize global advertising campaigns, including digital, social media, print, and events.
  4. Collaborate with local teams to adapt marketing materials and campaigns to suit cultural, legal, and market-specific requirements.
  5. Monitor and analyze the performance of international marketing campaigns and provide insights to senior management.
  6. Work with sales teams to develop promotional materials and align marketing with sales goals.
  7. Establish relationships with international partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure successful marketing initiatives.
  8. Stay current on international market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies.
  9. Manage marketing budgets for international markets and optimize resource allocation.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in international marketing or a similar role.
  3. Proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies in global markets.
  4. Strong understanding of cultural differences and market dynamics across different regions.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
  7. Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
  8. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing tools and software (Google Analytics, CRM systems, etc.).
  9. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
