1. On-site goods receiving and dispatching management

a. Responsible for on-site goods receiving, acceptance, registration and issuance, to ensure that the quantity and specification of goods are consistent with the receipt of goods.

b. Warehouse material receipt management. After the engineers take away the materials, please update the data of stock table and the data of material receiving in time, the material receiving table should indicate date, name, the factory area, material’s model number, the quantity and the purpose.;

c. Handle receiving abnormalities (such as damage, shortage), timely reporting and follow up to solve the problem.

2. Warehouse inventory and organization

a. According to the volume of the warehouse, monthly or weekly material inventory, check the inventory table data and physical inventory, to ensure that the account is consistent.

b. Classification and arrangement of goods, optimize the layout of the warehouse, keep the warehouse clean and smoothie.

3. OSS attendance summary

a. Registration of OSS attendance, including attendance, leave and transfer.

b. Collate attendance data and produce monthly reports for submission to Site Manager.

c. Assist in providing supporting data for OSS order GRs.

4. Site Coordination and Support

a. Complete other tasks as arranged by the Site Manager (e.g. authority collation, report collation, etc.)

b. Register entry and access to factory, control permits / green card expiration/ training clean room certificate

c. Support CN engineer to interprete into VNese for VN engineer during line set-up or manufacturing period

d. Support to translate all related documents from Chinese to VNese

1. Bachelor's degree (University) in Chinese. Proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. Have HSK 5 certificate or higher or TOCFL certificate level B (level 4 or higher).
2. 1 - 2 years experience in assistant position or equivalent jobs
3. Proficient in using office software (Excel/Word/Powerpoint);
4. Careful and responsible, active and pro-active, with strong communication and coordination skills.
