Traffic/logistics Officer

1. OVERSEAS ORDER MANAGEMENT

- Follow up on the sale confirmation of Traders and update in the Commodities’ Tracker file

- Preparation and sending the Release Order/ Delivery Order to the overseas warehouse/ Buyers

- Coordinate with the Broker/ Transporter to arrange the delivery

- Follow up and update the Buyer with the shipment’s delivery

- Follow up with the origin (Vietnam) on shipping documents

- Creating Sales invoice, DN/CN & amendments (if any) in the Navision system

- Follow-up on payment

2. INVENTORY CONTROL

- Reconcile the warehouse and Navision inventory

- Issuing a monthly Insurance report

3. Other tasks by the line Manager.

- Education: Bachelor's Degree in related fields

- Experience: 3+ years in traffic outbound

- Communication: Strong communication skills and problem-solving

- Other skills: MUST Fluency in English; Negotiation skills; good customer relationship, dependable, well organized, need to be able to multi-task, have a team attitude, energetic, devoted, diligent, enthusiastic, open-minded. Must be detailed and accurate.

- Computers: Proficiency in MS software; the ability to learn new resource planning systems.
