· Conduct in-depth research and sourcing to build a robust candidate database aligned with client requirements.
· Identify and explore potential recruitment channels to attract qualified candidates.
· Screen and shortlist candidates based on job descriptions and client specifications.
· Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
· Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
· Provide administrative support for the recruitment process, including data entry and documentation.
· Assist with other recruitment-related tasks as assigned.
