Mô tả công việc:
- Support Research & Insight Development:
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to support strategic planning and creative ideation.
- Help synthesize consumer insights and media behaviors that inform campaign direction. - Assist in Campaign Planning:
- Collaborate with Strategic Planners and Creative team members to help build content outlines, moodboards, or benchmarks for campaign planning.
- Support in preparing presentation decks, reports, and internal documentation.
- Coordinate with Cross-functional Teams
- Work alongside Media, Account to ensure strategic alignment across campaign touchpoints.
- Support in collecting data and performance results for post-campaign evaluations.teams.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Education & Knowledge:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of branding, IMC, and consumer journey concepts - Skills & Mindset:
- Basic research and analytical thinking skills
- Able to translate data/insight into structured storytelling
- Proficient in making structured and visually clear presentation slides using PowerPoint, Google Slides or Canva (Canva is preferred)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving - Communication:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to learn, open to feedback, and enjoy working in team settings
