Chi Tiết Công Việc

Printing documents for logistics: Custom clearance, invoice, packing list, bill of lading. Printing documents needed to submit for CO.
Check cost and release label for shipments via DHL, Fedex, UPS…
Receive the final document from Procurement and provide to FWD to do customs clearance.
Check quantity between CDS and WH's reception, highlight if any deviation.
Support Logistic team to follow up incoming, usage and remaining of materials.
Other tasks are assigned by direct Supervisor.

Student in Supply chain management, Logistics, International trade, Industrial management or related fields.
Internship Duration: Minimum 3 months
Working Schedule: Full-time at least 4.5 days/week (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Mon - Fri)
Have a basic understanding of logistics and supply chain management & using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication skills, independent work and effective teamwork.
Hardworking, meticulous, with a high sense of responsibility at work.

Shuttle bus available on the Dien Ban Dong – Da Nang route.
