Technical Floor Engineer (Up to 30,000,000 VND)

• Prepare technical documents for floor construction plans, including drawings, specifications, and installation procedures.

• Propose appropriate construction methods, materials, and solutions for flooring systems based on project requirements.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners as needed to review and approve engineering plans related to flooring.

• Monitor implementation and provide technical support during construction phases.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction regulations.

• Assist in cost estimation, planning, and progress reporting related to floor work.

• Bachelor’s or College degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture Design or related fields.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office software.

• Structural Engineering background preferred.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or architecture.

• Strong English reading and writing skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
